North Yorkshire Council Call for Sites 2024
You may be aware that North Yorkshire Council has invited landowners to put forward sites considered suitable for development in the coming years, and for inclusion in the local plan which they hope to get adopted formally in 2028.
NYCC is “encouraging” sites to be submitted by the end of June 2024 and the relevant forms whilst not exceptionally complex, do require specialist knowledge and guidance.
